Diane's Resume
Mediator:

Diane started her mediation practice in 1981, named Diane Neumann and Associates: Divorce Mediation Services. She is the principal of her firm, which, in addition to herself, offers a panel of mediators. Diane has mediated over two thousand disputes in the areas of separation and divorce, family-owned business, will and estate contests, employment, and other types of disputes.

Diane is a Past President of the National Academy of Family Mediators and a Past President of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. She serves with the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution, mediating commercial disputes, and the Massachusetts Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

Court Programs: Diane Neumann & Associates: Divorce Mediation Services is an approved ADR Provider for the Massachusetts Superior Court. Her firm is a Court Approved Program in six Massachusetts Family and Probate Courts: Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester.
Books: Diane is the author of two books and the editor of one book:
