Diane assists people in reaching good agreements for their separation or divorce, even when they are not mediation clients of Diane Neumann & Associates. Applying 29 years of divorce experience, Attorney Diane Neumann will consult with individuals and give expert advice on creating good agreements when they are:

• Reached between the two of you
• Drafted by an attorney
• Made in mediation with another mediator
• Agreed to in collaborative law
• Still in discussion or consideration

Attorney Neumann will provide advice on the best settlement for you - on issues from child custody and support to the marital residence, accounts, health insurance, debt and even taxes. She will assist you in understanding and making decisions that are sound and long lasting.

Diane's multitude areas of expertise ensures that her clients reach good settlements - based on detailed and expert advice. Diane's goal is to facilitate good agreements and keep attorney fees as low as possible. To that end - she will not litigate.
