DIANE NEUMANN, J.D., M.A.
Mediator: Diane started her mediation practice in 1981, Diane Neumann and Associates: Divorce Mediation Services. She is the principal of her firm, which, in addition to herself, offers a panel of mediators. Diane has mediated over two thousand disputes, primarily separation and divorce, as well as family-owned business, parenting issues, estate, employment, and other types of disputes.
Diane is a Past President of the National Academy of Family Mediators (AFM) and a Past President of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM). She serves with the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution (MODR).

Programs: Diane Neumann & Associates: Divorce Mediation Services is an approved ADR Provider for the Massachusetts Superior Court. Her firm is a Court Approved Program in six Massachusetts Family and Probate Courts: Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester.
